Doesn't honor their own return policies. I wasted $98 with them.
"I ordered two toner cartridges for my work copier, from that same page, I added (what I trusted was) the corresponding blk imaging drum. When the drum was delivered it didn't fit our copier. When I called into CS I was told too bad, you have to buy a new one b/c I can't return an opened OEM product. This was nearly $100 wasted b/c your company doesn't honor the products it recommends."
